A Living Sacrifice!
A sacrifice is something we let go or give up! An offering is a choice but a sacrifice is a must, in order for a man to live eternally! The old way of doing things with God required a man to give up their treasures and choicest lamb in the stall, it went to an extent where Abraham was told to offer His only son in exchange of having the righteousness of God. Yet God saw that no sacrifice could match His righteousness! He offered His only begotten Son as a Living Sacrifice, that in exchange of His sacrificial death we might have God's eternal life. Now in view of God's mercy we are urged to give up our own selves as a Living Sacrifice for God! People can go to church and do all the social constructs of the church, however, giving up oneself for Jesus Christ is the hardest thing Christians are prepared to do! Hence, we don't mind to drown in debts for what tradition, Law and culture demands but to be A Living Sacrifice in God's altar is a profit!
